Customer Insights Analyst | ResTech

Up to £35,000 (DOE)

Location: Central London

Are you a curious mind with a knack for data and a passion for creative content? Looking to pivot your early career into the exciting world of ResTech?

A fast-growing insights technology company, based in Central London, is seeking a Consumer Insights Analyst (equivalent to a recently promoted SRE) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company shaping how leading brands use real-time consumer feedback to refine their creative strategies.

In this role, you\’ll be at the heart of insight generation – supporting a talented Customer Success / Insights team to transform raw consumer data into clear, actionable insights. You\’ll collaborate with colleagues across research, product, and creative disciplines, contributing to projects that combine quantitative data analysis with strategic thinking.

You’ll spend most of your time in person with the team – either at their riverside HQ in Central London or on-site at their client’s location in Shoreditch (a vibrant global creative agency!). This setup provides invaluable face-to-face interaction with senior professionals and opportunities to learn how leading creative and research teams operate daily.

No two days are alike. You might be analyzing user feedback from a new product launch, crafting a survey for a brand campaign, onboarding new clients onto the platform, or brainstorming ways to enhance user experience. You will also help build reports that bring clarity and creativity to insights storytelling – aiding brands in making better, faster decisions.

The ideal candidate will be naturally analytical yet a great communicator – someone who can identify patterns in data, ask insightful questions, and contribute ideas. Preferably, with 1-2 years of experience at a reputable research agency, but most importantly, your curiosity, love of insights, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic environment matter most.

This role suits someone who feels constrained by the rigidity of large agencies and is ready to thrive in a more agile, collaborative start-up setting.

What you’ll need:

  • Solid understanding of data handling – confident with Excel and basic analysis
  • A curious, critical thinker passionate about exploring why people think and behave as they do
  • Experience with research methods (qualitative or quantitative) – quantitative experience is essential; qualitative is a plus
  • Clear communicator capable of presenting insights visually and in writing
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proactive attitude and collaborative spirit

What’s on offer:

  • A salary up to £35k, depending on experience
  • The opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling ResTech company
  • Hybrid working – primarily in-office with senior team members for mentorship and learning
  • Training and mentoring from experienced researchers and strategists
  • Learning and development budget
  • Social events and an inclusive, collaborative work culture

This is an excellent chance for someone eager to develop quickly in the research and insights field, especially at the intersection of tech, creativity, and consumer understanding.
