The Opportunity
Join this PE-backed SaaS organisation in a pivotal leadership role, heading a talented team of 125 technical professionals across three continents. With seven direct reports managing their core technical pillars, you’ll have the platform to make a significant impact while developing your path to CTO.
You’ll inherit a clear strategic vision while having the autonomy to:
- Spearhead AWS consolidation programme
- Optimise .NET and Java technology stack
- Drive technical due diligence and compliance initiatives
You’ll be instrumental in:
- Unifying global technical strategy
- Driving enterprise evolution
- Building high-performing engineering teams
- Ensuring technical excellence across all products
- Influencing key strategic decisions at the highest level
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering teams in a product-led SaaS environment
- Strong architectural vision and expertise in modern cloud technologies
- Track record of successful continuous delivery transformations (ie. you’ve implemented new ways of working, best practices or excellence programmes within engineering)
- Experience in technical due diligence, security assessments, and compliance reviews
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, from engineering teams to board level
- Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
