Role: Country Manager UK

As Country Manager UK, you will play a key role in building and establishing ScreenOnDemand in the UK market. You will be responsible for driving growth, building customer relationships, and developing partnerships with the country's largest media agencies and advertisers. The role combines commercial leadership and entrepreneurship β€” you will lead the establishment from the ground up with full responsibility for strategy, sales, and team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and business development in the UK market.
  • Establish and develop relationships with key agency groups and clients (GroupM, OMG, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, etc.).
  • Design and implement the UK go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the European headquarters.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships.
  • Be responsible for budget, results, and recruitment of the local team.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or programmatic.
  • Has a strong network within the agency world and digital media partners.
  • Is business-driven, self-sufficient, and accustomed to working both strategically and operationally.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with significant responsibility and freedom.
  • Communicates fluently in English (and preferably Swedish).
