You will be part of an international team delivering The Senior Project Manager that builds development road maps and project schedules and collaborates to resolve issues by working with top Engineering resources utilizing our industry-leading technology.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage multiple complex projects across the product development lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and other business functions.

You will play a key role in planning, coordinating resources, managing delivery timelines, and driving successful project outcomes while supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead up to four complex projects annually, alongside moderate and simpler initiatives.
  • Coordinate resource planning and allocation across projects and programmes.
  • Communicate capacity and demand impacts clearly to stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Oversee all phases of projects within the product development lifecycle.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular progress reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to secure necessary resources.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct data analysis to support project decisions.
  • Maintain accountability for project timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively.
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to team-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT PMO or similar project management environments.
  • Recognised project management certification (e. g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive teamwork and shared success.
  • Adaptability to changing organisational needs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
