About our Team
The Customer Communications Center of Excellence (CCCoE) leads engagement and communication with internal customer-facing teams and external customers in a cohesive, consistent manner. We focus on communicating client-impacting changes driven by Product, Technology, Security, and Compliance teams. Our goal is to ensure teams and customers remain informed, prepared, and confident as changes occur.
About the Role
The Project Coordinator Intern will support consultants and project managers within the Customer Communications Center of Excellence by assisting with content rebranding, documentation improvements, template creation, and SharePoint optimization initiatives. This role will help enhance the CCCoE SharePoint site, a critical resource for customer-facing teams, by improving content organization, usability, and stakeholder self-service capabilities. The intern will collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, support project execution, and identify process improvements. This internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, communications, stakeholder engagement, content management, and business process improvement while contributing to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Program Dates: May 24 – July 30, 2027
- Duration: 10 weeks
- Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates should be able to work on-site for the duration of the internship.

- Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduate students with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to identify, document, and clarify project requirements.
- Support content rebranding initiatives and the development of communication templates and supporting materials.
- Recommend and support improvements to existing processes, documentation, and workflows.
- Coordinate project activities throughout the development lifecycle and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Implement prioritized requirements and enhancements within the SharePoint portal based on business needs.
- Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and help ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct basic analysis related to project activities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Foundational knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management software. SharePoint experience or exposure is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to organize work effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to take initiative and contribute to project objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and maintain business documentation and content.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Salary
