Our client, a successful and long-established Legal Practice based in Sheffield, are seeking a 0-2 PQE Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their established team on a full time, permanent basis.

The role will involve both Public & Private matters. The caseload will include but not be limited to; Divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, ancillary relief and private children matters. Salary will be negotiable dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will be 1-2 years PQE exclusively in Family matters, or equivalent fee earning experience. You will possess entrepreneurial flair and will have a solid understanding of financial remedies.

It is essential that you have experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children. You will have experience in advising clients in relation to prenuptial, post nuptial, separation and cohabitation agreements.

It is essential that you are passionate and motivated about Family Law.
