Leadership Position in a client-side role with a market-leading package including salary, car allowance, and bonuses. Flexibility to work from home and a recession-proof environment.

This role is with one of the world’s largest Commercial Property Consultancies, number 1 in the global market in leasing, property sales, property management, occupier outsourcing, and valuations, with revenues in excess of £20bn and 500 offices globally. The opportunity involves joining their M&E Design & Projects team in Manchester, which has a strong order book and exciting pipeline.

The role will involve:

  • Leading and developing the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients.
  • Working on projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design.
  • Managing projects with support from the wider M&E team.
  • Developing design skills and commercial client-facing project management skills.
