We are looking for a confident individual with a desire to move into a client-facing (both internally and externally) role and develop with the business to lead projects and drive delivery of their diverse MEP instructions.
One of the remaining independent Building Consultants, they are a business not looking to make a quick buck, they are significantly profitable due to their broader service offering, resulting in a significant annual bonus of around 15% of your salary.

That said, you will work on all RIBA design stages 0-7 ranging from feasibility studies to full detailed design, working across a broad range of sectors within the private and public fields.
Great commercial development and learning as you work from the cradle to the grave on projects, personally setting the design brief and making key early-stage design decisions, with a clear understanding from the outset of the commercial drivers from the clients’ perspective.
