We’re looking for an Associate or Associate Director to join their growing Building Services team in a client facing and project leading role.
This is an opportunity to work on genuinely interesting projects, alongside civil, structural, transport, sustainability, environmental and other built-environment specialists – giving you the chance to think beyond your own discipline and see the bigger picture.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be involved in the design and delivery of Electrical Building Services across a diverse range of projects and sectors that focus heavily on Heritage projects.
- Electrical building services design from concept through to delivery
- Lead project coordination and client interface
- New-Build and Retrofit projects (Heritage focus)
- Workplace, Hospitality and Mixed-Use developments
- Sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions
- Coordinating your designs with architects, structural engineers and other consultants
- Developing designs through the RIBA stages
- Supporting engineers and contributing to the wider team
But this isn’t simply a role where you’ll be given a package of drawings and asked to get on with it.
