Director – M&E Engineering (Design & Projects & Asset Consultancy)
Associate Director Mechanical (Design & Projects) – London – to £85,000 + Package (Bonus c.10% of salary, Medical & Pension 12%)
The opportunity sits with a Commercial Property Consultancy that manages large estates and portfolios of buildings, and includes in-house M&E design and projects services for client portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients within an existing client base.
- Manage projects with support from the wider M&E team, from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design.
- Operate in a client-side role, acting as the client’s representative on projects and engaging directly with clients.
- Potentially contribute to the growth of the London team, with opportunities for progression as the team expands.
- Work from a central London office or remotely with flexible working arrangements.
