Do you believe in the power of a great brand, and take real pride in presenting one at its very best? Talent Media is recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned Scottish crystal manufacturer based in East Kilbride, near Glasgow. A family-run business with over 40 years of heritage, our client is the creator of the world's official whisky glass and the go-to partner for ultra-premium crystal and bespoke glassware across the global drinks industry. Their clients include every Scottish whisky producer, alongside prestigious partners worldwide.

This is a business with a genuinely world-class product, strong heritage, and real ambition for what comes next. They are now looking for a Brand Manager who knows how to build a brand, not just manage one.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will sit at the heart of the marketing function with genuine influence over how our client grows its brand reach and presence globally. This role is fully on-site.

Our client is well known for its iconic product. The opportunity now is to maximise everything around it. That means getting the product into people's hands, managing agency relationships without losing sight of what needs to stay internal, and delivering campaigns that work across print, digital, media, and events in a joined-up, and measurable way.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a dashboard. It's for someone who understands the craft of brand building, knows how to work a room and a media plan, and can make things happen.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading brand positioning and architecture across all markets and channels
  • Developing and delivering annual and quarterly marketing plans that are ambitious, realistic and measurable
  • Managing the third-party marketing agency relationship, knowing what to push externally and what to keep close internally
  • Driving activity across the full marketing mix, print, digital, media and events
  • Getting the product physically into the right hands, through sampling, partnerships, events and activations
  • Maximising brand reach and awareness across the drinks and spirits sector
  • Overseeing the brand's presence across multiple platforms with cross-channel consistency
  • Collaborating with product development and design teams to bring new products to market compellingly
  • Monitoring performance, understanding the metrics, and optimising activity accordingly

What We're Looking For

  • A proven brand marketer with experience in FMCG, spirits, drinks or a comparable consumer sector in the luxury goods/products industry is desirable
  • Someone who understands the full marketing mix and how each element works together, not just one channel
  • Experience managing agency relationships alongside internal delivery
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset. You know how to get things done and can tell the difference between activity and impact
  • Comfortable with metrics, media planning, print, digital and events
  • A passion for premium, luxury products and an understanding of the drinks industry
  • Someone who knows how to physically get a product in front of the right person and why that still matters
  • Results-driven, with demonstrable impact valued above qualifications, though professional marketing qualifications are a plus

Whats On Offer

  • £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, plus bonus
  • Reporting directly to the Marketing Director with real influence over brand strategy
  • On-site initially for the first six months, progressing to hybrid working
  • A warm, people-first culture with outstanding staff loyalty and low turnover
  • The chance to shape the brands future of a genuinely world-class product business
  • Based in East Kilbride with on-site parking, close to Glasgow
