Talent Media is delighted to be working in partnership with our client, a leading high-precision manufacturing business operating within the defence and aerospace sectors. We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join a growing team within an advanced precision engineering environment based in Basildon.
You will be responsible for manufacturing high-precision components using predominantly 4 and 5-axis milling and turn/mill CNC machines, alongside general machining duties.
CNC Operator Key Responsibilities- Setting and operating various multi-axis CNC machines
- Inspecting parts using CMM and other inspection equipment to ensure compliance with engineering drawings
- Following company procedures, operating standards and safety guidelines
- Maintaining accurate logs of production issues, machine adjustments and repairs
- Maximising machine uptime through preventative maintenance (TPM)
