Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking an experienced QA Inspector to join their inspection team based in Glasgow. Job Overview
As QA Inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out in-process and final inspections on materials, components, and finished products. You will ensure all products meet required specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, supporting the delivery of high-quality outputs to customers. This role is well suited to someone with a strong engineering background who takes pride in precision, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured components.
- Use precision measuring equipment including callipers, micrometres, gauges, and CMMs.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed QA documentation.
- Report non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Assist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards and company procedures.
- Support additional quality-related activities as required.

Experience & Background
