The Role
As Applications Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between customers, engineering, commercial teams, and product development. You will provide specialist applications expertise, ensuring customers receive the most effective technical solutions to meet their operational requirements while supporting new product development and continuous improvement initiatives. No two days will be the same. You'll combine hands-on engineering expertise with problem-solving, technical analysis, customer engagement, and innovation to deliver high-value solutions across a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist applications engineering support across sales, contracts, aftermarket, and engineering functions.
- Review customer specifications and develop tailored technical solutions aligned to operational requirements.
- Assess technical risks and ensure solutions are commercially and technically viable.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation.
- Produce and revise Process.
