Purpose
Establish procurement presence in EMEA to support onboarding, regional regulatory requirements, and vendor risk management for upcoming integration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the regional procurement leader for EMEA, ensuring compliance with local regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, and financial requirements.
- Support EMEA onboarding during acquisitions and ensure continuity of vendor services through contract transition/novation.
- Lead vendor sourcing, local contracting, and negotiations for EMEA-based suppliers.
- Maintain regional vendor governance including SLA adherence, performance tracking, and risk monitoring.
- Coordinate with US Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to ensure global alignment of processes and tools.
- Establish EMEA-specific procurement controls, documentation standards, and vendor data accuracy.
- Drive regional cost-optimization efforts and category strategies for EMEA vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years in procurement or sourcing with experience in EMEA regulatory frameworks.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, vendor governance, and risk/compliance.
- Experience in cross-border acquisitions or integrations preferred.
- Ability to build regional structures in a scaling global organization.
Pay range and compensation package
The salary range for this position is between £65,000.00 and £90,000.00. This role will receive competitive salary, benefits, and variable compensation. Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, location, and performance. In addition, the position includes access to medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, including flexible paid time off.
