Reports to: Operations Manager (with dotted line reporting to Project Manager/ Snr. DAP Solution Engineer during specific projects)

Working Hours: Full-time, 40hrs per week

Location: United Kingdom (Remote home working with occasional national/international travel to Office/Client sites where required)

As a DAP Solution Engineer (SE), you will help bring Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions to life by focusing on delivering high quality technical implementations; designing user experiences and training our global customers to build their own internal capability for future growth.

What will you actually be doing?

In your role as DAP Solution Engineer, you will:

– Partner with Snr. DAP Solution Engineers, Project Managers and our customers to understand business processes, map out flows and design high impact WalkMe solutions that address real business needs in an efficient manner.

– Design, build, QA & deploy WalkMe solutions on various client platforms and applications.

– Creation and maintenance of Workbooks and plans.

– Liaison with and provision of regular updates to Snr. DAP SE / Project Manager / Ops Manager. – Attend regular WalkMe webinars and other upskilling events to broaden your knowledge of WalkMe products and features.

– Provide DAP best practice advice to define and deliver robust solutions using our organisational methodology.

– Identify opportunities to leverage new and existing WM features to maximise client value.

– Support and contribute to the creation of value packs/ Insights evaluation.

– Ensure tracking of time against scope

– flagging any concerns to the PM at the earliest opportunity.

– Upselling

– recognise opportunities and proactively flag opportunities to expand scope on existing projects

– Record time accurately on timecard to enable accurate client reporting and billing.

What essential experience do we look for in a prospective DAP Solution Engineer?

Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to learn new technologies and product-lines quickly. Excellent written and verbal business communication and presentation skills. Ability to self-start and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Business standard English as a first or second language. Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

What additional/desirable experience do we look for in a prospective DAP Solution Engineer? Academic background in I.T./Computer Science/ Mathematics or other Science. 2+ post-graduate work experience in an I.T/Technology related role. 1-2 years experience with Digital Adoption Platforms/Learning tools. Experience and/or knowledge of business process architecture a strong advantage. Experience in web technologies such as CSS, HTML, HTTP, web services.
