- Account Management & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners at both head office and store level.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans designed to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective retail partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations relating to ranging, promotions, pricing, and in-store visibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service and support.
- Retail Execution & Field Management
- Secure best-in-class in-store positioning, merchandising displays, promotional placements, and additional retail space.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards and retail execution objectives are achieved.
- Monitor compliance with agreed promotional activity and provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns to maximise consumer engagement and sales results.
- Training & Product Advocacy
- Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail staff and store management teams.
- Ensure retail colleagues have the knowledge, confidence, and tools required to effectively recommend products to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting product benefits and maintaining strong awareness across retail networks.
- Commercial Analysis & Reporting

- 3-10 years' experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, or Field Sales.
- Experience within consumer electronics, technology, electrical retail, consumer goods, FMCG, or a related sector.
- Demonstrable success managing major retail accounts and delivering sales growth.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience managing commercial discussions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Highly organised with excellent planning and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
