We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a pivotal role in driving new business growth. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging key decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing directly to the commercial pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-paced, target-led environment, with a strong interest in digital commerce and technology.

  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective clients
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and outbound platforms to drive activity
  • Execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email, phone, social)
  • Secure high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team

Proven experience in a BDR/SDR or sales-focused role (ideally within digital, tech, or eCommerce). Highly organised with a data-driven approach to performance. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
