Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the company's commercial strategy to support sustained growth. This role oversees sales strategy development, demand forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on expanding market presence across key channels.

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue tracking to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a high-performing sales organization.

Marketing & Growth Planning

  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans.
  • Contribute to brand positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between sales execution and marketing campaigns.
  • Support expansion into new accounts, territories, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support short- and long-term growth.

Demonstrated success in technical or solution-based sales environments. Prior experience within a consumer goods, beverage, or related industry preferred. Proven ability to manage sales forecasting, pipelines, and performance reporting.
