This is an opportunity for a forward thinking marketing consultant to join a well-established company in need of digital transformation. You will be working for an established business of 12 years who has traditionally been sales orientated. With a desire to be dynamic, the directors are looking for an ‘ideas person’ to plan, create and monitor the company’s digital presence. As this is a blank canvas, you will have creative freedom providing that the plans are congruent with the company’s mission and objectives.

About the business

Our partner employs over 30 motivated individuals and are based in Chelmsford City Centre. They are well established and have been trading successfully for over 12 years. Their specialism is contracting intermediary services in the form of tax efficient pay structure and umbrella schemes. These services help their contractors and clients earn more from their work efforts. The company is owned by 2 experienced directors and has 2 tiers of management. This team have created a turnover in excess of £3 million per annum. Although a corporate environment, the culture is vibrant and no 2 days are the same.

About the role

Your primary goals is to create the companies web presence, devise a marketing strategy and then implement it. The marketing objective is 2 prong, both brand awareness and direct response. This means you will work with the owner of the company to create the marketing blueprint for the entire organisation. Once underway, you will interact with the sales leaders to monitor, track, analyse and optimise the quality of leads you have generated.
