Fit out / Estate & Campus upgrades, London & Nr. Feltham. Initially 6 months contract role outside IR35 paying £550 - £600 per day for a workplace project manager to manage campus wide commercial and internal capital works.
If you have a background in project management of areas like capital works, internal works, office upgrades, office fit outs, workplace design, space planning, facilities management projects, maintenance, sustainable assets, M&E, moves adds changes, re-fits, fit-outs, workplace strategy, please apply.
You will oversee delivery and make sure projects are completed on time, and to budget. Coordination of designers and contractors required. Projects involve re-fitting a building and changing its purpose for hot desking, hybrid and flexible working, upgrading floors of the buildings, wayfinding, LED lighting, new employee focused areas and other workplace or capital projects site work minor works.
This would be hybrid working - 2 days London / 2 days Nr. Feltham / 1 day home. An outside IR35 contract until end of December 2026. Extensions likely into 2027 with further workplace relocation, refurbishment and employee experience projects.
