Data Scientist - Labour Productivity / Hospitality London | Hybrid - 2 days a week | Contract | Β£700-725pd Outside IR35 Not a generalist Data Scientist role.
We are looking for a Data Scientist / Data Analyst with proven labour optimisation experience to support a major workforce productivity programme within a large, multi-site business.
The two things we need to see: Proven labour optimisation experience - delivering measurable improvements across labour productivity, wage % to sales, sales per labour hour, scheduling or labour deployment.
Strong Finance & Operations stakeholder management - able to turn analysis into actions and measurable commercial results.
What you'll need: 5+ years' analytics / data science experience in a multi-site environment - hospitality, retail, leisure or QSR preferred Advanced SQL and data warehouse experience - Snowflake / dbt advantageous Strong Excel financial modelling and understanding of P&L / labour costs Strong BI development - Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Omni Experience with rota, time & attendance and payroll data The role Labour productivity & workforce analytics Labour modelling and demand-led scheduling Identifying and sizing productivity opportunities Working across Data, Finance and Operations If you have the labour optimisation + analytics + stakeholder experience, we'd like to speak with you.
