You'll play a key role from initial customer engagement through to architecture, delivery and ongoing innovation, helping clients get genuine business value from their Microsoft D365 CRM investment. The role combines solution architecture, customer engagement and technical leadership. You'll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and senior decision makers to define requirements, design scalable solutions and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Presales involvement is also a key part of the position, supporting customers with solution design and technical direction.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Designing end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
  • Leading architecture across data, security, integrations and scalability
  • Providing technical leadership to consultants and developers
  • Supporting presales activities, demonstrations and solution design workshops
  • Ensuring delivery quality, governance and architectural best practice
  • Working closely with customers to understand business challenges and objectives

To be successful, you'll have strong experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, alongside expertise across areas such as Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations and Azure services. Experience in a customer facing consultancy or partner environment would be highly beneficial.
