We’re working with a well-known and highly reputable Microsoft Consulting Business that is looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery / Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of large and complex business application transformation projects across ERP & CRM.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of enterprise transformation projects across a defined client portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered to time, quality, and budget whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will oversee delivery across the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects follow agreed governance, controls, delivery methodologies, and quality assurance standards.
Alongside working on major Dynamics 365 / D365 and Power Platform transformation programmes, you will benefit from a personalised training and development plan, with genuine opportunities for career progression and growth within the business.
What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?
- Leading the delivery of large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 F&SCM / D365CE, Power Platform, ERP, and CRM transformation projects.
- Managing multidisciplinary delivery teams of consultants, architects, analysts, and developers.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure effective commercial management of client accounts, including forecasting and reporting.
- Ensuring projects adhere to agreed delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and project controls.
- Overseeing the overall performance and quality of project delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed standards.
- Managing risks, issues, scope, and change control effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels.
What experience and skills do you need?
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP and/or CRM transformation programmes within a consultancy or consulting environment.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 and/or Power Platform projects is highly desirable.
- Experience delivering enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar business applications.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of up to 25 people.
- Demonstrable experience delivering complex programmes across multiple clients and environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments, ideally SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework.
- Strong understanding of project governance, project controls, scope management, and change control.
This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel to client sites as required.
