Multi-Million Pound Unmanned Systems Delivery. Salary £65-85k + Bonus, South Wales (Hybrid / Flexible working).

Can you lead the multi-million-pound delivery of advanced programmes of unmanned systems while managing teams, suppliers and programme risk?

Do you want to work for a cutting-edge defence technology company at the forefront of unmanned systems and mission-critical defence technologies, delivering advanced capabilities for national security and government operations?

This role will lead and coordinate the delivery of complex, multi-million-pound unmanned systems programmes and related defence capabilities. You will manage project managers, oversee schedules, budgets and suppliers, and ensure delivery meets time, cost and quality expectations while keeping senior leadership and stakeholders informed.

The programme operates almost like its own business unit, focused on delivering unmanned surface vessels. You will lead delivery end-to-end, managing teams and driving successful product and manufacturing programmes. A maritime, marine or naval background would be beneficial but is not essential.

You will bring strong programme and project delivery experience within defence, maritime, engineering or complex manufacturing environments, with a proven track record delivering multi-million-pound programmes, alongside the ability to lead teams of Project Managers and cross-functional specialists across engineering, delivery and supplier networks.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the delivery of next-generation unmanned maritime capability within one of the UK's most innovative defence technology organisations. You will need to be eligible for Security Clearance.
