We are recruiting for a Product Manager to join a leading UK insurance organisation and help improve the way customers, advisers and brokers access support. The business receives 100,000+ calls every month, so there's a huge opportunity to improve customer journeys, increase self-service and reduce unnecessary calls. This is a strategic Product Manager role, with around 80% Product Management and 20% Product Ownership. You'll be looking 12-18 months ahead, owning the product strategy and roadmap and driving meaningful business change.

What you'll do:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap
  • Identify ways to improve customer journeys and reduce unnecessary contact
  • Use customer feedback and data to identify opportunities
  • Work closely with Technology, Design, Operations and wider business teams
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Lead workshops, discovery and product shaping
  • Prioritise the backlog based on customer and business value
  • Turn business needs into clear requirements and user stories
  • Measure the impact of changes and continually improve

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Product Owner and or Management experience
  • Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong Safe Agile experience
  • Customer-focused and data-driven approach
  • Someone who is comfortable working across the wider business rather than staying in their own lane
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, customer servicing or contact centres would be beneficial
