Workplace Project Manager – Real Estate/Campus upgrades, London & Nr. Feltham
Outside IR35, Initially 6 months Contract role paying £550 - £600 per day for a workplace project manager to manage campus wide commercial and internal capital works.

Projects involve re-fitting a building and changing its purpose for hot desking, hybrid and flexible working, upgrading floors of the buildings, wayfinding, LED lighting, new employee focused areas and other workplace or capital projects site work minor works.
This would be hybrid working - 2 days London / 2 days Nr. Feltham / 1 day home. An outside IR35 contract until end of December 2026. Extensions likely into 2027 with further workplace relocation, refurbishment and employee experience projects.
