What You'll Be Doing
- You'll own the end-to-end architecture of complex AI solutions, working across discovery, design, implementation and scale.
- Lead the architecture of enterprise AI, Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Design intelligent agent frameworks and next-generation AI-powered applications.
- Define AI governance, security and Responsible AI standards.
- Advise executive stakeholders on AI strategy, feasibility and investment decisions.
- Support major client engagements from early discovery through to production deployment.
- Create reusable frameworks, accelerators and reference architectures.
- Guide engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple programmes.
- Help shape the future direction of a growing AI consulting practice.

What we're Looking For
You're likely already operating as an AI Architect, Lead AI Consultant, Principal Data Scientist, Principal AI Engineer or similar. You'll bring:
- Significant experience delivering AI solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise across both Generative AI and traditional Machine Learning.
- Experience taking AI products from concept to production and ongoing operation.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, RAG patterns and agent-based solutions.
- Strong Azure and Microsoft ecosystem knowledge.
- Experience designing secure, scalable and governed AI platforms.
- Consulting experience with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- The credibility to influence senior leaders and the technical depth to support delivery teams.
