We're looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to shape and deliver the product strategy for customer sales journeys across digital and telephony channels within a large, regulated organisation.
Working with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology and Commercial teams, you'll own the product roadmap, lead Product Managers and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and commercial performance.
- What you'll be doing
- Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor Product Managers within a cross-functional Agile environment.
- Improve digital and telephony customer journeys using data and customer insight.
- Prioritise product investment to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture and Delivery teams to successfully deliver product initiatives.
- Champion SAFe Agile ways of working and effective PI Planning.
- Use AI tools to improve product discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Lead Product Manager, Head of Product or Senior Product Leader.
- Experience delivering digital and/or telephony customer journeys.
- Strong commercial focus with experience owning product strategy and roadmaps.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance product delivery is highly desirable.
