Outside IR35 | £550-600 per day | Hybrid (2 days onsite) | Hampshire or London | 6-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to shape and deliver the product strategy for customer sales journeys across digital and telephony channels within a large, regulated organisation.

Working with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology and Commercial teams, you'll own the product roadmap, lead Product Managers and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and commercial performance.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor Product Managers within a cross-functional Agile environment.
  • Improve digital and telephony customer journeys using data and customer insight.
  • Prioritise product investment to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Architecture and Delivery teams to successfully deliver product initiatives.
  • Champion SAFe Agile ways of working and effective PI Planning.
  • Use AI tools to improve product discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Lead Product Manager, Head of Product or Senior Product Leader.
  • Experience delivering digital and/or telephony customer journeys.
  • Strong commercial focus with experience owning product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance product delivery is highly desirable.
