Job Description: Head of Business Development – Advanced Composite Manufacturing | Defence / Aerospace UK / Europe (Fully Remote)
Salary up to £150,000 + 20% Bonus + Package
This is not a role for someone managing existing accounts and waiting for opportunities to land. This is for a genuine hunter. Do you live and breathe advanced composite manufacturing? Understand the aerospace and defence landscape, and know how to open doors with major engineering organisations? Are you someone comfortable building relationships from scratch, creating momentum, and driving complex deals through to close?
The business is regarded as having some of the strongest engineering and manufacturing capability in the advanced composite manufacturing sector. Their proprietary technology is pushing beyond what traditional composite manufacturers can achieve, with growing demand across aerospace, defence, and high-performance engineering markets.
You’ll lead new business activity across the UK and Europe, developing relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and defence organisations. This is a highly consultative technical sales environment where credibility matters as much as commercial ability.
- Building and converting a high-value pipeline across aerospace and defence
