We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to join a cutting-edge programme delivering advanced AI and data-driven solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

  • Design, build and optimise AI-powered solutions within enterprise-scale environments
  • Develop and deploy scalable AI services using containerised architectures and Kubernetes
  • Work with graph databases and retrieval systems to support advanced AI use cases
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment and continuous improvement
  • Optimise runtime performance, scalability and reliability of AI platforms
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to deliver production-grade AI capabilities

Minimum 5 years’ software engineering experience within large-scale enterprise environments.

Strong hands-on AI engineering expertise.

Commercial experience with:

  • Python
  • PostgreSQL
  • Graph databases
  • Exposure to Microsoft Graph Retrieval or similar retrieval frameworks
  • Strong understanding of deployment, optimisation and performance tuning
  • Exposure to distributed AI systems and enterprise-scale GenAI platforms

Hybrid working – 3 days per week onsite in Farnborough.

Immediate hiring requirement with onboarding targeted by mid-June.
