We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to join a cutting-edge programme delivering advanced AI and data-driven solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
- Design, build and optimise AI-powered solutions within enterprise-scale environments
- Develop and deploy scalable AI services using containerised architectures and Kubernetes
- Work with graph databases and retrieval systems to support advanced AI use cases
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment and continuous improvement
- Optimise runtime performance, scalability and reliability of AI platforms
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to deliver production-grade AI capabilities
Minimum 5 years’ software engineering experience within large-scale enterprise environments
Strong hands-on AI engineering expertise
Commercial experience with:
- Python
- PostgreSQL
- Graph databases
- Exposure to Microsoft Graph Retrieval or similar retrieval frameworks
- Strong understanding of deployment, optimisation and performance tuning
- Exposure to distributed AI systems and enterprise-scale GenAI platforms
Hybrid working – 3 days per week onsite in Farnborough
Immediate hiring requirement with onboarding targeted by mid-June
