Working across production, quality and engineering teams, you'll play a key role in refining and optimising composite manufacturing processes, ensuring products move efficiently from development into production.
Key responsibilities include:- Developing and improving composite manufacturing processes including layup, cure cycles and trimming operations
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation including method sheets, routings and BOMs
- Supporting quality investigations, MRB activity and corrective actions
- Working closely with design and production teams to improve manufacturability and process consistency
- Training production staff on processes, materials and best practice
- Supporting equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance
