A contract role for a workplace project manager to manage campus-wide commercial and internal capital works in London and near Feltham. The position is outside IR35, initially for 6 months, paying £550 - £600 per day.
The ideal candidate will have a background in:

You will oversee delivery and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordination of designers and contractors is required. Projects involve:
- Re-fitting buildings for hot desking, hybrid, and flexible working
- Upgrading floors
- Wayfinding
- LED lighting
- New employee-focused areas
- Other workplace or capital projects
This role offers hybrid working: 2 days in London, 2 days near Feltham, and 1 day at home. The contract is outside IR35 until the end of December 2026, with extensions likely into 2027 for further workplace relocation, refurbishment, and employee experience projects.
