Talent Locker are pleased to be partnered with an exciting and fast-growing organisation in the aerospace and defence technology space. This client are dlivering cutting edge and next generation systems and solutions to defence and government clients around the world.

We’re looking for someone to join their Business Development team in a critical support role — someone highly organised, commercially minded, and eager to play a key part in helping deliver innovative solutions in a high-growth, high-impact environment.

The day to day:

• Conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Supporting the creation of client facing materials and presentations
• Assisting with bid preparation, tenders, and proposals
• Providing support to senior stakeholders and BD managers
• Helping shape the company’s presence at industry events and exhibitions

Experience needed:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
• Experience in a business development support, sales coordination, or proposal writing role
• Familiarity with CRM systems and BD tools
• An understanding or interest in aerospace, defence, or complex technical systems
• Ability to multitask and work proactively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Due to the nature of work, it is an essential requirement for candidates to be eligible for UK Security Clearance.

This position is based in the South West (commutable from Bristol and Bath) and will require at least 3 days per week in the office.
