Product Lead - Finance Technology Transformation
London (Hybrid Up to 3 days on site) | 3-6 Month Contract | Outside IR35 | £750-£825 per day
Have you led large-scale Finance Technology transformation programmes?
Do you have experience delivering enterprise finance systems, ERP implementations and leading Product teams?
We're looking for an experienced Product Lead for this global fintech business. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll work across Product, Engineering and Finance to modernise enterprise finance platforms, automate core financial processes and deliver scalable, business‑critical solutions.
Please note: This is not a general Product Management role. We're specifically looking for candidates with significant experience in Finance Technology, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle or similar), and enterprise finance transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance systems and transformation initiatives.
- Deliver ERP implementations and process improvements.
- Drive automation, reporting and controls enhancements.
- Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to deliver key programmes.
Essential Experience
- Proven delivery of Finance Technology and transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, reporting and financial controls.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
- Ability to lead complex cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience operating in regulated environments.
Desirable
- SOX compliance.
- Financial Services or FinTech background.
- Experience with AI, automation or finance data platforms.
