Talent Locker are excited to be supporting a highly innovative engineering organisation in their search for a Head of Project Management. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who wants to play a central role in strengthening and shaping how projects are delivered across the business. We are looking for a confident and credible leader who can bring fresh ideas, introduce structure where need, and help build a strong, respected project management function. The Opportunity
You will be responsible for leading a small but highly capable team and helping to establish consistent, effective project delivery across the organisation. Working closely with technical stakeholders, you will help embed best practice, strengthen processes, and support the ongoing development of the team.
