Responsibilities of Senior Project Controls Manager: Establish and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and implement Earned Value Management (EVM) systems Collate and report KPIs related to time, cost, risk, change, and quality Lead periodic and ad-hoc reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and robustness of monthly project review packs Develop and implement change control processes, facilitating change forums and escalating decisions as needed Integrate risk assessments into project controls frameworks Manage and mentor a team of project controls professionals, setting objectives and fostering a high-performance culture Liaise with senior leadership, clients, and supply chain partners, ensuring alignment across planning, cost, and risk functions Support programme management with strategic insights and interpretation of project health data Essential Requirements Senior Project Controls Manager : Proven experience in project controls on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects Strong knowledge of cost, schedule, risk, and change management Familiarity with NEC contracts and UK construction stan...
