Our Client, a leading engineering consultancy, is looking for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join their team in Manchester. In this role, you will play a vital part in every aspect of fluid mechanics on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with exciting opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects both at home and abroad.\\n\\nExperience Required for Senior Hydraulic Engineer:\\n\\n- Chartered Engineer.\\n\\n- Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.\\n\\n- Sound Knowledge of hydraulic design of water / wastewater treatment plant design, pipeline design, surge analysis, and familiarity with current UK design standards and working practices.\\n\\n- Experience of Design & Build.\\n\\n- Experience in using industry standard software such as HADES, VARISIM, WANDA.\\n\\nJob Responsibilities for Senior Hydraulic Engineer:\\n\\n- Manage a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.\\n\\n- Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.\\n\\n- Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.\\n\\n- Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.\\n\\n- Adhere to quality assurance standards in design
