A specialist environmental technology company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their London team on a hybrid, Outside IR35 contract basis.

Responsibilities of Electrical Engineer:

  • Develop project schedules for electrical engineering workstreams
  • Prepare technical specifications for electrical and control systems
  • Procure control panels and associated electrical equipment
  • Inspect control panels at UK fabricators - travel essential
  • Work across multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
  • Liaise with UK water companies and Tier 1 contractors

Essential Requirements for Electrical Engineer:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical engineering
  • Experience in the water or wastewater treatment sector
  • Control panel specification, procurement, and inspection experience
  • Ability to develop electrical schedules and technical specifications
  • Experience working with UK water companies or their Tier 1 contractors
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Full UK driving licence - travel to panel fabricators required
  • UK based with right to work
