Talent Link Recruitment is hiring! We are looking for a proactive and organised Accounts & Admin Assistant to join a busy and supportive team in Leeds. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while providing essential support for both administrative and finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a friendly first point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing timely updates and information
- Liaise with suppliers to request quotes, place orders, and track deliveries
- Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule work and confirm details
- Raise invoices, credit notes, and process purchase orders accurately
- Maintain customer files, job sheets, and internal systems
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
- Assist with accounts and bookkeeping using Xero and Dext
- Reconcile basic financial transactions and support month-end preparation
- Maintain accurate administrative and financial records
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in office administration or finance support roles (3+ years preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Xero and Dext is an advantage
- A-Level or equivalent qualification preferred
- Full UK driving licence preferred
