Talent Link Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company to find experienced Sheet Metal Workers to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable business that values expertise, reliability, and dedication.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced professionals in sheet metal fabrication and welding
- Confident working from technical drawings and plans
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, and/or spot welding
- Experience with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality workmanship
Key Skills:
- Sheet metal fabrication experience (5+ years preferred)
- Welding proficiency (MIG, TIG, spot welding)
- Knowledge of metal forming, bending, and assembly
- Ability to interpret engineering and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of health & safety standards
What’s on Offer:
- Pay: £14.00–£18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday
