Responsibilities

• Preparing wood veneer materials ready for the production process
• Measuring and trimming veneer sheets to the required dimensions
• Matching grain patterns and tones to achieve a consistent finish
• Operating basic woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Checking quality throughout each stage of production
• Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets are met
• Keeping the workspace safe, tidy, and well organised
