Key Responsibilities- Manage project costs from estimate to final account
- Lead contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Identify and manage commercial risk
- Support and mentor junior commercial staff
- Site visits every 2–3 weeks (travel & accommodation covered)
- Proven QS / commercial experience in civil engineering or utilities
- Experience in drainage, water, or infrastructure projects
