Talent Link Recruitment is currently recruiting for a CNC Operator. We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our client’s growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CNC Operator to secure a long-term position within a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The successful CNC Operator must have proven experience operating both Pacer and AXYZ flatbed CNC machines, as this is essential for the role.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating Pacer and AXYZ flatbed CNC machines
- Checking, running, and actioning programmes including DXF files
- Creating and editing cut files (advantageous)
- Machining materials such as MDF, acrylic, and composites
- Planning and organising your own workload effectively
- Working collaboratively with other departments and line managers
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
As a CNC Operator, you will be expected to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and consistently produce high-quality work.
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CNC Operator
- Previous CNC Operator experience is essential
- Experience with Pacer and AXYZ machines is highly desirable
- Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
- A forklift licence is an advantage
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
