We're a specialist recruitment agency operating across UK infrastructure and engineering - water, civil, rail and energy. Our client relationships are well established and our live vacancy pipeline is consistently strong. We're now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to manage the delivery of these roles with speed and accuracy. This is a 180 desk & fully remote role, no cold calling, no BD, no client sales. Our vacancies are already secured; as Resourcer your focus will be entirely on sourcing and placing the right candidates.

What the role involves:

- Matching the right person to the right vacancy, quickly and accurately
What we're looking for:
- At least 12 months' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer within UK infrastructure or engineering (water, civil, rail, energy or similar)
- You understand the roles, the titles, and what a good candidate looks like in this space
- Self-sufficient and delivery-focused, comfortable working independently in a remote role.
Salary & Package:
- Permanent role
- £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary (DOE) plus uncapped commission
- Fully remote working
