A leading UK infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Senior NEC Project Manager to play a key role in delivering a major capital investment programme. This is a high-impact position where you'll oversee multiple projects, leading the management of NEC3/NEC4 ECC & PSC contracts across strategic delivery partners. Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of contract performance, commercial outcomes, and governance across a significant portfolio.
Responsibilities of Senior NEC Project Manager:
- Lead administration and performance of NEC contracts across Tier 1 partners
- Manage a large project portfolio, ensuring compliance, risk control, and issue resolution
- Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers, including escalation support
- Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across programmes
- Champion collaborative working and commercial best practice
- Contribute to strategic planning and contract/commercial frameworks
Experience Required for Senior NEC Project Manager:
- Degree-qualified in construction, engineering, or similar
