A specialist environmental technology company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their London team on a hybrid, Outside IR35 contract basis.
Responsibilities of Electrical Engineer:
- Develop project schedules for electrical engineering workstreams
- Prepare technical specifications for electrical and control systems
- Procure control panels and associated electrical equipment
- Inspect control panels at UK fabricators - travel essential
- Work across multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
- Liaise with UK water companies and Tier 1 contractors
Essential Requirements for Electrical Engineer:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical engineering
- Experience in the water or wastewater treatment sector
- Control panel specification, procurement, and inspection experience
- Ability to develop electrical schedules and technical specifications
- Experience working with UK water companies or their Tier 1 contractors
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Full UK driving licence - travel to panel fabricators required
- UK based with right to work
