A leading UK water and infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to join their team in Peterborough or Norwich on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities for NEC Project Manager:

  • Lead robust contract management and administration of consultancy framework and NEC contracts
  • Implement contract management strategies and assurance frameworks
  • Provide commercial leadership to ECC Project Management teams
  • Manage change control, resolve contractual issues, and ensure compliance with payment and procurement processes
  • Oversee supply chain frameworks and project performance through reporting and governance activities
  • Lead performance reviews, manage non-compliance strategies, and promote best practice across teams and frameworks
  • Foster a collaborative, open culture across teams and stakeholders, promoting commercial awareness and informed decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across delivery routes
  • Build and empower high-performing teams, supporting junior team development
  • Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental standards in all activities

Essential Requirements for NEC Project Manager:

  • Proven experience managing NEC PSC and ECC contracts
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, commercial leadership, and assurance frameworks
  • Experience managing consultancy frameworks and supply chain performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a team of Project Managers
  • Strong understanding of change control and procurement compliance processes
