A leading UK water and infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to join their team in Peterborough or Norwich on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities for NEC Project Manager:
- Lead robust contract management and administration of consultancy framework and NEC contracts
- Implement contract management strategies and assurance frameworks
- Provide commercial leadership to ECC Project Management teams
- Manage change control, resolve contractual issues, and ensure compliance with payment and procurement processes
- Oversee supply chain frameworks and project performance through reporting and governance activities
- Lead performance reviews, manage non-compliance strategies, and promote best practice across teams and frameworks
- Foster a collaborative, open culture across teams and stakeholders, promoting commercial awareness and informed decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across delivery routes
- Build and empower high-performing teams, supporting junior team development
- Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental standards in all activities
Essential Requirements for NEC Project Manager:
- Proven experience managing NEC PSC and ECC contracts
