Great opportunity for an experienced recruitment agency manager to take over the running of a successful, independent recruitment business based in West London. Our client is a well-respected local recruitment agency with a loyal base of repeat customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a recruitment team; provide support as required.
- Maintain your own portfolio of clients and contribute with some placements personally.
- Operate with autonomy on a day-to-day basis in a varied role.
- Manage the strategic direction of a small to mid-sized independent agency.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to sustain business growth and client relationships.
Requirements:
- Agency-side recruitment experience is essential (not an internal recruitment/TA role).
- Experience recruiting for white-collar/office-based positions is preferable.
- Ability to lead a team while maintaining own client portfolio and achieving placements.
- Comfortable with hybrid work: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office.
- Strong credibility and professional presence to work with a loyal client base.
